Transparency and content decisions

Infruvo is a self-service digital marketplace. Employers and workers publish, review and act on opportunities themselves. We do not manually match candidates or supply labour.

Reports

Anyone may report scam or fraud, fake jobs/listings, illegal or criminal content, harassment or discrimination, trafficking concerns, deceptive advertising or other harmful content through our public reporting channel.

Review and decisions

Reports are acknowledged, assessed against applicable law and platform rules, and may result in no action, restriction, removal or other proportionate measures. We record a reasoned decision and notify the notifier where contact details are available.

Appeal and anti-abuse

Case recipients can request reconsideration using the secure case link. Rate limits, validation and access controls reduce abuse. We do not publish notifier identity or case-level personal data.

Annual reporting

We will prepare annual aggregated reports covering report volume, categories, decisions and appeals without personal data.
