Marketplace rules
Rules for employers, workers, training providers and regulated recruitment activity on Infruvo.
Direct employers
The direct-employer route is only for an organisation publishing a vacancy for its own organisation and hiring the worker itself. The employer decides whom to contact, interview and hire, and any employment contract is directly between the employer and worker.
Before publication, the employer must confirm that the vacancy is for its own organisation and that it is the direct employer. False use of this confirmation may lead to restriction or removal.
Workers
Workers create and manage their own profiles, choose whether they are discoverable, browse jobs and submit their own applications. Infruvo does not submit applications or accept employment on a worker's behalf.
Ordinary job browsing and applications are not conditional on buying Worker Plus or another paid work-finding service.
Recruitment agencies and staffing companies
A recruiter, staffing company, labour contractor or other third party must not use the direct-employer route to publish a vacancy on behalf of another employer. Where a country requires a licence, registration, job order or other authority, the relevant feature remains disabled until that authority is documented and the route is enabled by Infruvo.
Infruvo does not employ workers, supply temporary labour, pay wages, act as employer of record, negotiate employment terms for the parties or manually select candidates for an employer.
Cross-border and overseas recruitment
Registration or access to an account does not automatically enable cross-border recruitment. Publication, applications or candidate contact can be blocked where a documented legal route is required. Overseas recruitment of Filipino workers remains disabled unless a DMW-compliant route has been documented and enabled.
Training providers
Training providers publish and manage their own courses and training services. A training provider must not present a course listing as a guaranteed job, visa, work permit or employment placement.
Content, safety and reports
Jobs, profiles, courses and messages must be lawful, accurate and relevant. Fraud, trafficking, unlawful discrimination, deceptive job advertising, impersonation and illegal recruitment are prohibited.
Suspected unlawful or harmful content can be reported through the public reporting channel. Moderation decisions may include restriction, removal or account action and can be reconsidered through the available appeal process.
