Terms of service
The rules for using Infruvo and its workforce platform.
Who provides Infruvo
Infruvo is the product and brand name. The service is supplied by NOVARDA AS, organisation number 938 346 208, registered in Norway. Unless a market-specific notice states otherwise, Infruvo is operated remotely from Norway and does not represent that NOVARDA AS has a local branch or office in another country.
What Infruvo is — and is not
Infruvo is an independent online marketplace and workforce software platform for construction and civil works. Workers can create profiles, browse jobs and apply directly to employers. Companies can publish opportunities and, where lawfully enabled, search profiles. Training providers can publish courses and manage training-related services.
NOVARDA AS does not employ the workers listed on Infruvo, does not lease workers to customers, and is not a party to an employment contract merely because users meet through the platform. Infruvo does not guarantee employment, hiring, professional approval, immigration status, work permits, visas, tax status or recognition of qualifications.
If a feature would cause Infruvo to be treated as a regulated employment agency, recruitment agency, labour-supply business or similar provider in a country, that feature may be disabled until the required registration, authorisation or local licensed-partner arrangement is in place.
Digital marketplace model
Infruvo is a digital marketplace and job-matching platform. Employers publish opportunities themselves, workers create profiles and apply themselves, and employers decide whom to contact and hire. Infruvo does not perform manual matching, select candidates, contact candidates on an employer's behalf or enter employment agreements.
Employment contracts are directly between the employer and worker. Infruvo is not the employer, not a staffing provider and does not supply labour. Infruvo does not pay wages, act as employer of record, provide immigration or visa services, or guarantee employment.
Sales Agent / Referral Agent role
A Sales Agent / Referral Agent only markets and explains Infruvo, speaks with contacts and relevant businesses, shares permitted referral links or codes, demonstrates the platform and helps interested people find registration. The agent is not a recruiter, staffing agent, employment intermediary or employer representative.
Sales Agents must not select candidates, match workers to jobs, submit applications for workers, promise work, negotiate employment terms or pay, decide who an employer hires, enter employment agreements or charge job-seekers for finding work. Commissions are tied to Infruvo customers and referrals, never to placement of a particular worker in a particular job.
Workers do not pay for work-finding
Creating a worker account, browsing jobs and submitting ordinary job applications are not conditional on buying a worker subscription. Infruvo does not charge a worker for a job, application, employer introduction or other work-finding service where applicable law prohibits such fees.
If Infruvo offers optional paid worker tools, they must be genuinely separate tools such as private document organisation, personal productivity or profile-management features. Buying those tools must not be required to apply for work and must not override mandatory local rules on recruitment or work-seeker fees.
Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure and be responsible for activity on your account. You must accept these terms and the privacy notice to register. Minimum-age, professional-licensing and right-to-work requirements vary by country and role. Where local law sets a stricter rule, the local rule applies.
Jobs, recruitment and professional information
Job advertisements, applications, candidate searches and recruitment activity must comply with applicable employment, equal-treatment, non-discrimination and recruitment rules. Users must not request, publish or use unlawful discriminatory criteria.
Employers and workers remain responsible for checking licences, certificates, qualifications, right-to-work status and other legal requirements relevant to the position. Infruvo may store or present evidence, but does not replace verification by the competent authority.
Canada launch scope and job reports
The initial Canada scope is limited to the provinces and territories outside Quebec. Account registration and ordinary self-service marketplace access are separate from paid or specifically regulated feature gates. Infruvo is a self-service job-posting and workforce platform: employers publish opportunities and decide whom to contact directly. NOVARDA AS does not act as an employment agency or recruiter, does not select workers for employers and does not arrange employment.
Anyone may report a false, misleading or suspicious job advertisement through the available report route. Reports are triaged, recorded, investigated proportionately and may result in clarification requests, restriction, removal, account action or referral to a competent authority. The applicable moderation/policy version is retained for three years.
Canada commercial messages require the consent and sender information required by applicable law and include a working unsubscribe mechanism. Subscription pricing, CAD currency, cancellation and refund terms are shown before purchase and remain subject to mandatory Canadian consumer rights.
Market-specific availability
A country page does not by itself mean every Infruvo feature is legally available there. Features can be withheld where local registration, privacy, recruitment, consumer, payment or other regulatory requirements have not been completed. The international page is informational and is not a substitute for approval of a particular country.
Certain markets may require a local privacy representative, data-controller registration, employment-service authorisation or licensed local recruitment partner even though NOVARDA AS operates the software remotely from Norway. Infruvo will not represent those requirements as completed until they actually are.
Subscriptions, billing and automatic renewal
Where paid plans are enabled, the price, currency, billing interval and included features are shown before purchase. A monthly or yearly subscription may renew automatically until cancelled. Cancellation stops future renewal in accordance with the checkout terms and applicable law.
Mandatory consumer rights cannot be excluded by these terms. Any statutory withdrawal, refund, cancellation, auto-renewal disclosure or local e-commerce rule that applies in the customer's country takes priority over a conflicting contractual term.
Cross-border use
Account access or visibility of an opportunity does not mean that cross-border recruitment is enabled. Infruvo may block an application, publication or recruitment route where a country requires a licensed agency, approved job order, immigration process or other documented authority.
Infruvo does not arrange or guarantee visas, immigration status, work permits, professional recognition or the legal right to work. The worker and direct employer remain responsible for satisfying the rules that apply to the proposed work.
Acceptable use and content
You are responsible for content you publish, including profiles, jobs, courses and messages. Content must be lawful, accurate and relevant. You must not use Infruvo for fraud, unlawful discrimination, harassment, impersonation, unauthorised access, malware, spam, trafficking, illegal recruitment, deceptive advertising or activity that violates applicable law or the rights of others.
Changes, complaints and contact
We may update these terms when the service or legal requirements change. Material changes will be communicated where required. Mandatory local complaint and regulator routes remain available regardless of these terms. Questions or complaints can be sent to kontakt@infruvo.com.
