Using Infruvo

What is Infruvo?

Infruvo is an online workforce marketplace and software platform operated by NOVARDA AS in Norway. It connects construction and civil-works professionals, companies and training providers. NOVARDA AS does not become the worker’s employer merely because users meet through Infruvo.

Does Infruvo have an office in my country?

Unless a country-specific notice says otherwise, NOVARDA AS operates Infruvo remotely from Norway and does not claim to have a local branch or office. Some countries can still require a local representative, registration, authorisation or licensed partner before certain features may be enabled.

Is Infruvo fully available in this market?

Sweden remains closed for public launch until its recorded legal launch checks are complete.

Workers and jobs

Do workers have to pay to find or apply for work?

No. Browsing jobs and submitting ordinary job applications are not conditional on buying a worker subscription. Infruvo does not sell jobs, applications or employer introductions to workers where work-seeker-fee rules prohibit that.

What is Worker Plus?

Worker Plus, where offered, is limited to separate personal tools such as CV versions, private notes, document organisation, saved jobs and personal expiry reminders. It does not buy job access, employer introductions, candidate-search eligibility or paid ranking.

How do employers find my profile?

A worker can choose whether the profile is discoverable. Candidate search uses that privacy choice; it is not a Worker Plus purchase. Employer access can also be limited by the employer’s account status and the rules enabled for that market.

Does Infruvo verify that I may legally work in another country?

No. Workers and employers remain responsible for visas, work permits, professional recognition, licences and right-to-work requirements. Infruvo must not be treated as an immigration or public-authority approval.

Subscriptions and consumer rights

Are paid plans available everywhere?

No. Prices may be displayed during testing or market preparation, but a paid plan is sold only where the payment, tax, consumer and market-specific legal requirements have been enabled for that country.

How does renewal and cancellation work?

Where a paid subscription is enabled, the price, billing interval and renewal terms are shown before purchase. Mandatory local cancellation and auto-renewal rules apply even if they provide stronger rights than the general Terms of Service.

Do I have a withdrawal or refund right?

Where an EU/EEA consumer distance-contract withdrawal right applies, the statutory period is normally 14 days, subject to the customer type, service commencement and legal exceptions. The checkout and cancellation flow must show the applicable right before paid consumer sales are enabled.

Privacy and account data

Which privacy rules apply?

Sweden: GDPR applies; Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten (IMY) is the supervisory authority.

See the Privacy Notice for data categories, purposes, service providers, transfers, retention principles and rights.

Can I download my data?

Yes. The Account & privacy area provides an account-data export covering the data made available by the platform’s user-scoped export function.

Can I delete my account?

Yes. The account-deletion flow removes the account and user-owned private storage where the system can safely do so. Records that must legally be retained for accounting, security, fraud prevention or an active legal dispute may be retained only for the required purpose and period.

Does Infruvo use advertising tracking cookies?

Infruvo currently documents authentication, language and app-functionality storage and does not claim to use advertising tracking or optional analytics cookies. See the cookie information. If non-essential tracking is added later, required consent controls must be in place before it is enabled.

How do I contact Infruvo about privacy or a complaint?

Email kontakt@infruvo.com. You may also use the complaint route available from the competent authority in your country where applicable.
